Service Description

Common visit reasons include sore throat, cold & flu, UTI, infection (skin, ear, eye, bladder, and more), Covid care, or any other urgent or chronic health concern. If further follow-up is required, a referral to a specialist may be recommended. NOTE: The provider will discuss your specific health history and work with you to determine if a prescription is safe and appropriate. Receipt of prescription medication is never guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of the treating provider. We will not provide any Refunds, full or partial, due to denial of prescriptions.
